  Rude teller service. I am a white American and speak fluent spanish. The teller was "so nice" to the spanish lady, accommodating and answering her questions about how long it will take for her letter to arrive, reassuring for any additional services.
  When I came to the window she barely gave me the time of day. I inquired about making a passport appointment and they made me call. The passport agent was behind her and couldn't attend to me to make an appointment. Afterwards she was practically shooing me out the door before I could ask to buy postage to mail a parcel.
