  Not overly impressed. I ordered a demo piece of equipment fully aware there may be some box damage and missing accessories (as disclosed). It arrived with obviously broken plastic pieces - a foot fell out of the bag when I opened it. It also arrived with the wrong power cord which had been added to the box. I wrote a review on their site and it seems to have disappeared too.
