  Although Dr. Dalton is a wonderful doctor and i have been very happy going there to see him with any of my issues and regular check ups they have a Completely unprofessional and incompetent reception staff, they will leave you on hold for literally half an hour. They lie and say they have sent over rx when they have not actually done so. They rarely call you back. You basically have to do their job for them. It’s always some excuse about new computer systems etc. it has taken over a week to have them refill a prescription. Which i told them needed to be electronically submitted from the beginning and instead of listening to me and doing what i ask they continued to just say oh we faxed it over instead of following and doing what i asked. The only nice and helpful person i have spoken to was Jessica so ask for her or go straight to the doctor because the majority will make you want to rip your hair out with the lack of attention to detail and simply doing their job.
