  I asked for assistance from Appliance Repair Long Branch when I saw that the floor of my freezer was a sheet of ice at the bottom. One of their technicians came and diagnosed the problem. It turned out that the freezer defrost drain tube was at fault and has to be replaced because it has worn out. Gladly he has the spare part immediately available so the repair was done on the spot!
